Kemea Parsons is a communications professional, creative storyteller, and global advocate from Buffalo, New York, who believes deeply in the power of narrative to bridge cultures and illuminate our shared humanity.
A naturally quiet and observant child, Kemea first found her voice through poetry. Writing became the place where she transformed shyness into expression, curiosity into understanding, and emotion into meaning. Her father encouraged her to step beyond her comfort zone, while her mother nurtured her belief that education could open doors to opportunities neither of them had before. Their support, paired with her own resilience, helped Kemea grow into a storyteller who sees the world through a lens of compassion, creativity, and connection.
Kemea graduated with a degree in Public Relations from Buffalo State University, becoming the first in her family to do so. Her professional and volunteer work spans community outreach, youth empowerment, nonprofit support, and mission-driven communications. Whether crafting a campaign, writing content, or uplifting community voices, she approaches every project with intention, warmth, and cultural awareness.
At Immersed Global, Kemea is honored to contribute her passion for cross-cultural storytelling and global advocacy. She is dedicated to amplifying diverse perspectives, celebrating identity, and helping others see the beauty in cultures both near and far.
With every story she tells, Kemea aims to inspire understanding, spark connection, and remind us that we are all part of a global community — learning, healing, and growing together.
