Immersed Global is an education cooperative dedicated to making language and cultural immersion accessible to underserved and underrepresented communities through bilingual learning kits, virtual classes, cultural workshops, international travel, and youth enrichment programs.

2. What is Madame Armant's Immersion Cities?

Madame Armant’s Immersion Cities (MAIC) is the nonprofit arm that runs our hands-on experiential programming — including our 3-Step Immersion Journey, Camp Immersed, cultural partnerships, and global learning opportunities for children and families.

Immersed Global provides curriculum, consulting, and funding support for MAIC’s community-facing programs.

 

3. Who are your programs designed for?

Our programs serve:

• Families and homeschoolers

• Schools and learning pods

• Children from underserved or marginalized backgrounds

• Anyone who wants to incorporate global learning at home or in their community

 

4. What ages are your programs best suited for?

Most of our programming is designed for children ages 6–12, though some offerings (like our family trips or adult workshops) welcome older students and adults.

 

5. Are your programs only for homeschoolers?

No. While our curriculum is homeschool-friendly, our programs are perfect for:

• Traditional classrooms

• After-school programs

• Community centers

• Summer enrichment

• Family learning at home

We intentionally design everything to be flexible, inclusive, and accessible.

 

6. When will the Language Immersion Summer Camps launch?

Our first in-person summer camp — Camp Immersed — launches June 2026, as part of our 3-Step Immersion Journey.

Pre-camp virtual classes begin March 21, and post-camp virtual culture sessions begin August 15.

 

7. What is included in the 3-Step Immersion Journey?

Our signature model includes:
Step 1: Virtual Language Classes (pre-camp)
Step 2: Camp Immersed — a 5-day immersive experience at JA BizTown
Step 3: Virtual Cultural Exploration Sessions (post-camp)

This structure ensures that learning begins before camp, deepens during camp, and continues afterward.

8. What is included in the Bilingual Subscription Boxes?
Our subscription boxes are currently being redesigned and will relaunch in the future. The new boxes will include themed activities, cultural stories, hands-on crafts, and beginner-friendly language tools families can use at home.

 

9. Can I volunteer or get involved?
Absolutely! We welcome volunteers, partners, and advisors who share our passion.

Yes. Through grants, sponsors, and community partners, families may qualify for:
