As a longtime advocate for language access and global education, Morgan serves on the Advisory Board of Immersed Global, where she helps shape strategy, programming, and community engagement. A former classmate of founder Makeva, during their time at the University of Louisiana at Monroe, Morgan earned her bachelor's degree in World Languages with a Spanish concentration. Their shared academic foundation continues to inspire collaborative efforts that center culture, language, and immersive learning.

During her time at ULM, Morgan held multiple leadership roles within the language department—including manager of the Language and Culture Lab, Vice President of the Phi Tau Gamma World Language Club, and tutor for student-athletes studying Spanish. These early experiences helped highlight and shape her commitment to the study of world languages, foreshadowing her current career as an educator and multilingual advocate.

With over nine years of experience as a Spanish educator, Morgan brings deep classroom insight and a passion for multicultural education to her advisory role. Her past service on the university’s World Language Festival board reflects her ongoing commitment to creating meaningful, accessible experiences for students and families. As an advisor, she contributes thoughtful guidance, supports implementation of family-focused initiatives, and helps expand Immersed Global’s impact nationwide.
