Tatyana Mikayilova founded RED Communications in 2009, and it has become the leading strategic public relations and digital communications agency in Azerbaijan. Tatyana is the Chairwoman of 100 Business Women of Azerbaijan, a network which unites female business owners and women at the top executive level at local and international organizations in Azerbaijan. Tatyana is actively involved in women’s empowerment programs. She has also participated in numerous international business trips and conferences to learn from similar organizations abroad and to apply that knowledge locally.
